Depression

The anguish of a lonely pain.

It is a disturbance of behavior that implies a psychic and/or motor inhibition, that is, it attacks how you think or how you act. It becomes the language of an oral and bodily manifestation. Like many conflicts defined by current psychology, depression is its own discourse, it is a message that is expressed through a combination of some symptoms such as sadness, inhibition, demotivation, lack of desire for previously pleasurable activities, isolation, hopelessness, pain, disappointment, self-criticism, physical problems, emotional problems or others.

The feeling of sadness is not always manifest, however, a fall in mood can be identified. Sometimes depression is silent even for oneself and therefore some people do not realize they are depressed. However, they may experience other conflicts that accompany and disturb the person.

Depression is frequent and is estimated to affect more than 300 million people in the world. It is the leading global cause of disability and contributes very significantly to the overall global burden of morbidity due to the high number of suicides. Fortunately, there are ways to deal with this conflict and we have our support to guide you towards change and relief. There is no specific way to resolve this type of internal conflict and it is for that reason that each person must find which treatment best suits their case.
